Union

Lindsey and Troy tied the knot in a short, private outdoor ceremony on Friday afternoon. Lindsey (and I) were hoping for snow, but the sun shined bright that day, temps in the mid-40's.
The ceremony was held at the Home for Veterans in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The grounds were beautiful, with gazebos and winding rivers and stone bridges.

Lindsey allowed me to pick the location for their photographs, so after spending a morning exploring the best that Grand Rapids has to offer, I decided to forgo the obvious choices. I knew that Troy and Lindsey's wedding was going to be simple but classy, so after some photos at the ceremony site, we headed to a few lesser known spots that would contrast, while at the same time, compliment their style.

And then to the top of a parking structure to overlook the city...

AND THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN, OUT OF THE BLUE....

 Wish granted, Lindsey!!

Congratulations, Troy and Lindsey!!!
